Krishna said:
23 The separation is called Yoga
From the grip of great grief.
So practice with great will
Yoga steadily unperplexed.
24 From mind, the city of senses
Shed off lust prone imageries
Without leaving a tint of it and
Guard it from all sides always.
Krishna says: Yoga is the practice to get freedom from the grip of grief and envy. Therefore, you have to practice yoga regularly, steadily and unperplexed. Human body is like a city with nine gates. The gates are the sense organs. Guard the gates with restraint, with love and compassion.
Let us Guard our words and actions from all evils. May there be love and happiness. Meditation will be our path. Hare Krishna
